On Gardening as Food for the Soul
In previous posts , I've written about the importance of self-care in order to manage the stress that comes with working as a therapist. Today, I thought I'd share about my current favorite stress-relieving activity: gardening. As I sit typing, I can look out the window and see my garden. There's just something about a garden that brings calm and peace... Here I'll share 3 ways I've seen gardening be useful to both body and soul. 1.
